Format your S60 phones in 3 ways: firs is a hard format but before this make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.Backup your contact list and personal files to MMC memory card.Switch off your phone.Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key,(*) star key and no. 3 key and press the power on/off switch to on the S60 phone.Remember do not left go all of the keys and hold keys until reformatting... show on the screen.After a fet minutes when the Full phone formatting completed,your phones will back to original system and factory setting.All apps installed and not of the phones default will be lost.If you did a backup on your mmc, you can restore it back to the C: drive again.Soft format is *#7370# and *#7780#
